Terms & refund policy

These terms apply to products and services sold on bbwd.link by Back Bay Web Design (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

Each order includes the physical product you choose (if any) and a custom digital business card hosted at a bbwd.link address. Prices are one-time unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, names and other content you send us, and that the information is accurate. We may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or impersonates another person or business.

Proofs and production

We send a design proof before making your product. Please check spelling, phone numbers and links carefully: once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what was approved.

Refunds and replacements

• Before you approve your proof, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Custom products are made to order, so we can't accept returns after you approve the proof, except as below.
• If a product arrives damaged, has a printing error we made, or its chip doesn't work under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it.

Your digital card

We host your digital card and make reasonable updates when you ask. We aim to keep cards online at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may remove a card that breaks these terms.

bbwd.link addresses

Your bbwd.link address is assigned for your use. We'll keep it pointing to your card, and can repoint it if you ask. We may refuse addresses that are offensive or likely to be confused with another person or business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
