Privacy policy

BBWD Link (“we”, “us”) is a service of Back Bay Web Design, based in Deptford, New Jersey. This policy explains what we collect when you use bbwd.link and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Order form. The details you enter to build your card: name, title, company, contact details, address, social links, photos, logos, design notes and shipping address.
• Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and your email, but never your full card number.
• Visiting the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Your digital card is public

The information you ask us to put on your digital card is published at your bbwd.link address so anyone you share it with can see it. Only include details you're comfortable sharing. Cards are hidden from search engines unless you ask us to make yours searchable.

How we use your information

• To design, publish and update your card and make and ship your products
• To contact you about your order, proofs and changes
• To answer questions you send us

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run BBWD Link: Formspree (order form delivery), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and our shipping carrier.

People who view your card

When someone opens a BBWD Link card, the page loads from our host. Tapping “Save Contact” creates the contact file on their own phone; we don't receive a copy.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your order details while your card is active and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Ask us at any time to take your card down or delete your information and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
